What are your pieces made from?

Our vases and lamps are made using frosted and translucent PLA, 3D printed with precision detailing. Some pieces, like the Hex Table Lamp, combine cast concrete bases with handblown glass shades. Every product page lists the specific materials used.

Are the colours exactly as shown?

We do our best to represent colours accurately, but small variations can occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of some materials. Pieces with cast concrete bases will have natural variation in texture and tone - this is part of the material's character, not a flaw.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most in-stock pieces are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Custom orders and bespoke commissions may take longer - we'll confirm a timeline when you place the order.

Do you ship across India?

Can I customise a piece - different colour, size, or finish?

Many pieces can be customised. Reach out to us at farhaanrahman@gmail.com with what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
