Hex Table Lamp

The Hex Table Lamp begins as liquid — concrete poured into a hexagonal mould, left to cure, and then revealed. No two bases are identical. The natural aggregates in the concrete shift with every cast, leaving a surface marked by its own making — small voids, subtle texture variations, the honest record of material and process. Sitting atop this raw, grounded base is a frosted opal globe, smooth and luminous by contrast. The pairing is intentional: the weight and roughness of cast concrete below, the lightness of diffused light above. The Hex is a lamp that doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is — and that is exactly what makes it beautiful.
